A rare piece of Polish watchmaking, produced by Christoph Gottlieb Gerhardt, watchmaker referenced in the town of Breslau, ca.1730 / 40.

It measures 5.1 cm in diameter, and is the first watch of Polish,(Austro-Hungary empire) origin we have.Is a piece of excellent quality, with calendar function, and beautiful repouse case box with hunt motifs.The dial also silver, is signed Gerhart.The mouvement is truly unique because it combines the quality that allowed him to come running to this day, with a decoration on the pillars and the balance, wich are covered by white worked metal, giving it great beauty.Please enjoy the pictures.
